Conclusion: Advantages of the DL 18-50 are that the camera is faster, the faster and more accurate auto focus and the built-in flash. A nice touch is the optical image stabilizer, the superior video recording and the lower weight than the Q-P. Another advantage over the Q-P: the more compact size.
